May is National Bike Month, a celebration of biking as transportation, recreation, and essential to our well-being and everyday lives. While this National Bike Month is different, it's important to highlight the physical and mental health benefits during COVID-19. 

World Health Day is a global health awareness day celebrated every year on April 7th under the sponsorship of the World Health Organization. This year's theme is nurses and other health workers that are at the forefront of COVID-19 response.

Nau styles have always been known for our timeless appeal and minimalist lines. Because of that, people with many different personal style aesthetics enjoy making Nau pieces their own. What our customers do share is the commitment to moving towards a more sustainable lifestyle, doing more with less, and understanding that, in the end, sustainability is about much than it is about clothes—that our commitment to “better” doesn’t stop at the shopping cart. In recognition of World Water Day on March 22nd, we're highlighting one of our Partners for Change, Mercy Corps. This World Water Day is about water and climate change —how the two are inextricably linked. Adapting to the water effects of climate change will protect health and save lives.

In 2019, Conservation Alliance grantees delivered a record number of conservation victories—24 to be exact. All of their efforts resulted in the protection of 22,509,324 acres of land, 468 river miles, and the acquisition of three climbing areas. 

Now that we're settled in the new year, it's a good time to take a look back at the highlights in 2019. A lot of great things happened in 2019 for Nau —we launched a new website, offered a three-part Workshop Series on Sustainability Beyond the Shopping Bag, hosted a holiday pop-up in Chicago, and so much more.
