We're excited to announce we've partnered with Loop Returns to make our online return process seamless. Moving forward you won't need to reach out to customer service for help with your online return —we've automated this process for you.
To start your online return process, visit our Returns Page and click on Step 1.
You'll need your order number (PO Number on your invoice) and shipping zip code to locate your order.
Once you have selected the garment(s) you wish to return, you’ll be asked a series of questions about your return. If you feel none of these questions fit the reason you are returning you may use the “other” option to tell us exactly why you made the return.
After you've completed all the questions regarding the reason(s) for your return you’ll be prompted to “Continue With Return.” Next, you’ll be asked how you would like to receive your return with a "Store Credit" or "Original Payment Method".
Unfortunately, we're not currently set up to offer a store credit, but we will bring this feature to you soon. Additionally, we do have $7.00 restocking fee on all returns.
Your return shipping label is now ready to print. You have 20 days to drop it off at your nearest mailing facility. Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, it may take up to 10 business days for inspection. However, as soon as this process is complete, we will issue your refund.
