We gladly accept returns of new, unworn and unwashed merchandise, including clearance and items purchased during a sale, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If you have any questions about your product or return, we are here to help. Please do not hesitate to reach out.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed & have all original sale tags intact.
- Returns should be made through the original place of purchase.
- If you are local to the Portland area, please feel free to return your items in store at our Nau brick and mortar location in the Pearl District.

To begin the return process, simply use the complimentary return shipping label included in your package to return any unwanted items.
Please note the UPS tracking number listed on your return label.
If for some reason you have misplaced the return shipping label, please contact Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org. They will be more than happy to send you a new one. Please provide your order number and the items you intend to return.
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for product inspection and your refund to be issued.
