Holiday Returns Policy - Nau will be accepting returns for items purchased from November 15th, 2021 through December 15th, 2021 up until January 15th, 2022. All returns for items purchased after December 15th are subject to the 30 days from date of purchase policy.

We gladly accept returns of new, unworn and unwashed merchandise, including items purchased during a sale, within 30 days of purchase for a refund. If you have any questions about your product or return, we are here to help. Please do not hesitate to reach out.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed & have all original sale tags intact.
  • Returns should be made through the original place of purchase.
  • If you are local to the Portland area, please feel free to return your items in store at our Nau brick and mortar location in the Pearl District.
  • Clearance items are final sale and non-exchangeable.

 To begin the return process, simply

Step 1. Navigate to our returns page.

Step 2. Enter order number and shipping zip code

Step 3. Select the item(s) you would like to return and the reason(s) you are returning them.

Step 4. Print the prepaid shipping label provided and mail in the package. Please send the item(s) back to us within 30 days. 

Please note: All returns have a $7.00 restocking fee and we do not refund the original shipping costs paid on an order. 

Unfortunately, we're not currently set up to offer a store credit.
